Technical and Log Data

HeliPerf may use email one-time passcodes and authenticator-based two-factor authentication to protect user accounts. Where enabled, we may store two-factor configuration details, recent OTP metadata, and security event logs associated with sign-in attempts.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including role-based access controls, password hashing, authenticated access to secure areas, and security logging. While we take reasonable steps to secure our systems, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
